  • Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your username and email address.
  • Payment Information: For paid "Claimant" accounts, you will be asked to provide payment information. We do not collect or store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe), whose use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

User-Generated Content (UGC):

This includes all content you create and save within the Service, including the association of SREF codes with your custom names, uploaded example images associated with your codes, and tags, notes, and other metadata. The privacy status of your UGC is determined by your account tier and actions you take within the Service.
